XCells Biotechnologies provides high quality HSAEpC, which are isolated from human lung tissue and cryopreserved at P1, with >0.5 million cells in each vial. HSAEpC express cytokeratin-18, -19, and vimentin. They are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Epithelial Cell Growth Medium (Cat# MD-0041) is recommended for optimal cell culturing.
