Description
SynVivo is a distributor of iXCells Biotech Human Astrocytes (HA, Cat #10HU-035):
Human astrocytes isolated from the cerebral cortex, cryopreserved at passage two, and delivered frozen. Each vial contains 0.5 million viable cells, characterized by the expression of GFAP (see Figure 1). These cells are tested and confirmed negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Astrocyte Growth Medium (Cat #MD-0039) is recommended for optimal cell culturing.
